Governance rules (to be enforced server-side in Phase 2)

  • Roles: Super Admin and Admin. Only the Super Admin manages roles and invitations.
  • Manual trades, treasury transfers, policy changes and restarts need 5/7 approvals. Nobody can bypass this.
  • The proposer cannot vote; one vote per member; voters and threshold are snapshotted per proposal.
  • Emergency stop needs no quorum; restarting does.
  • Graduated tokens are never auto-traded.
